 Mark your calendars ...we will be hosting an Open House at station 5 Saturday, May 27, 2006.  We will be having several activities for our guests (young and old) to do.  The activities are: A recruiting table, medical station (BP, pulse ox, first aid, CPR), smoke room, truck rides, bouncy castle (?), spraying a booster line, fire extinguishers to practice with, face painting, bean bag toss, info tables on smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, wildland fires, and other resources, guessing game for kids, kitchen safety, and a firefighter in full PPE.
 
There will be a Flight for Life helicopter at Station 5 along lots of Jefferson-Como equipment for you to see.

A fun time was had by all at the Open House.  Hot dogs, cake, and lemonade were served.
