HOW TO SUBMIT AN IMAGE FOR CONSIDERATION We want to post high quality photos that show the beauty of our area. All photos will not necessarily be clear enough once they have been digitized to put onto the web page. We reserve the right to chose which photos to display and to edit the photos before we publish them on the site. Our space to display photos on the site is limited, but we will post images as long as space permits. 1. You will need to have a digital image of your photograph. If your image in not currently in digitized form you can scan your photo and place the resulting file in an email or onto a disk. (If you do not have a computer or a scanner, a friend will likely be happy to perform this service for you.) 2. Email your photo to webmaster@jcfpd.org. Please send one photo per email message and put the following subject title on the Subject line. Photo for JCFPD website. We will edit your photo to the proper size once it arrives. If you are unable to email your digitized photo, you may place as many photos as you like on a disk and mail the disk to: JCFPD Attn: Webmaster P.O. BOX 380 COMO, COLORADO 80432-0380 3. Please include your name, and contact information including email address and phone number, so that we can contact you if we have any questions. 4. To be best of your ability tell us where in the JCFPD the photo was taken, or what the photo depicts in the JCFPD. 5. Please give us the name of the photographer, so that we can give proper credit. If the photo was not taken by you, please secure the permission of the photographer before submitting the photograph. 6. Please include a written statement that we have your permission to publish this photo on the JCFPD web site to avoid copyright conflicts. 7. Please do not send images of individuals. We cannot publish the images of people without their permission.
