On February 16, 2005, Steve Bargas was unanimously chosen by the Board of Directors to be the Chief of JCFPD.  Steve had previously been employed by JCFPD as Deputy Chief.   Steve's seven years of active experience working for the District give him a vast knowledge of this District and its needs.  Steve is responsible for all of the JCFPD Emergency Services and the day-to-day operations of the business of the JCFPD.
